The PET system

The Peripheral-Ear Transmission system was designed as a system theoretical approach to peripheral auditory processing. It includes a transmission function that accounts for outer ear resonances, and a linear filter system that accounts for the cochlear transmission function to multiple output channels [103], [105], [104] p. 246-260.
